This will allow us to customize your proposal to your exact desires (and add in extra special touches tailored to your travel style!).We will discuss different options, budget and include you in the whole process every step of the way.

Due to the complexity, continual changes, expansive knowledge required now to have a stress free and seamless vacation, we require each of our clients to complete a Professional Travel Service Agreement, which includes a fee, this fee depends on the complexity of the trip you are looking at. We will discuss this during our Discovery Call and send you a follow up email with your Professional Travel Service Agreement attached for you to complete.

Create

Now that we know what you are looking for and our services are covered, we are ready to start recommending, at this step we will work directly with you . We’ll prepare a detailed Proposal outlying your trip hitting all of your needs and wants including trip information, pricing, travel insurance, terms & conditions, current travel restrictions and protocols, with no detail unturned. We will present it to you and gather your  feedback so we can make any tweaks necessary to ensure it’s a perfect fit for you. Once we finalize your itinerary, you’ll make your trip deposit—and then we’ll take it from there.

Curate

Leave all of the bookings for your vacation to us, including your flights, hotel, transfers, and private tours. We’re here to create a seamless trip experience from beginning to end, so you can expect every leg of your journey to fit together perfectly.

Countdown

As your trip approaches, we’ll meet with you again (either in person or over Zoom) to go over all your trip details and answer any questions. You can rest easy while you travel as well—your dedicated advisor is available 24/7 if you need any assistance.
